Ajax CombiProtect (Black) – Motion & Glass Break Detector

Why buy two sensors when you can have both features in one device? The Ajax CombiProtect is a highly practical 2-in-1 detector. It integrates a volumetric PIR motion sensor and an acoustic glass break sensor into a single, compact black casing. This ensures a room is fully protected against intruders trying to walk in, as well as vandals attempting to smash through a window.

Intelligent Motion and Sound Analysis

The PIR sensor scans for human movement up to 12 meters away and utilizes digital temperature compensation to remain highly accurate even in hot environments. Simultaneously, an electret microphone listens for the distinct acoustic signature of breaking glass up to 9 meters away. Its dual-factor sound analysis (the low-frequency hit followed by the high-frequency shatter) completely eliminates false alarms caused by thunder, barking dogs, or passing traffic.

Pet Immunity and Easy Installation

Powered by the SmartDetect algorithm, the motion sensor safely ignores the movement of household pets weighing up to 20 kg and measuring up to 50 cm tall. The CombiProtect is ready out of the box—complete with a pre-installed battery lasting up to 5 years and the SmartBracket mount for rapid, hassle-free installation.
