The core, hyper-reliable wireless motion detector by Ajax. The MotionProtect instantly notifies you of the first signs of intrusion into your home or office. Designed to be mounted on a wall or in the corner of a room, it continuously sweeps the area using a highly sensitive passive infrared (PIR) sensor. This edition comes in a sleek black finish.

Advanced Optics and Pet Immunity

Thanks to a high-end Fresnel lens and the intelligent SmartDetect algorithm, the sensor safely ignores the movement of pets weighing up to 20 kg and measuring up to 50 cm in height. The device also features digital temperature compensation—automatically adjusting its sensitivity whether the room is freezing cold or sweltering hot, ensuring a human intruder is never missed.

Long Battery Life and Sabotage Protection

The detector is ready to operate right out of the box with a pre-installed battery that lasts up to 5 years. It communicates with the Ajax Hub via the encrypted Jeweller protocol over distances of up to 1,700 meters. A built-in tamper switch guarantees that if an intruder attempts to detach or destroy the device, a sabotage alarm will instantly sound.
