Nice Roll-Control 2 is a module for remote control of electric roller shutters, blinds, awnings, pergolas, curtains, and roller garage doors with AC tubular motors. It is based on the latest Z-Wave 800 chip and operates with a voltage range of 100 to 240 V AC, being designed for motors with a current draw of up to 2 A. The completely new design with an integrated terminal block and additional connectors for phase and neutral wires significantly facilitates installation in a flush-mounted wall box. The package also includes wires that simplify the connection of an external switch, and thanks to innovative pairing, configuration, and grouping processes, the overall setup and operation of the device are extremely intuitive.

The module allows you to set the exact position of roller shutters and, in the case of venetian blinds, the tilting of the slats (do you have a special blind position you prefer? Not fully up, so it blocks exactly that bit of sun shining in your eyes while working, and not fully down, so you aren't in the dark during the day? Then the double-click function of the switch will be your favorite. You can set your favorite blind and slat position and activate it simply by double-clicking). The device can measure energy consumption and current active power. Using the Roll-Control 2 module, you can control connected devices either via the Z-Wave network or using a switch or button directly connected to it.

With the motor control module, you can control any type of shading that can be operated by a wall switch (having two phases). This means you simply install the module behind the switch, add it to your Z-Wave controller, and control it.

Exceptions continue to be Somfy iO or RTS motors, which do not offer the option of control via phase switching. In the case of blinds with Somfy motors, you need to use motors designated as Somfy WT. It is also not possible to control motors with built-in drivers.

The inclusion process via the mobile Yubii app is so refined that in just a few steps, you select everything from what is connected to the module, whether your outputs are correctly set, to assigning it to a room and calibrating. This makes the installation of this module extremely easy. Even if you make a mistake in the wiring, for instance, by connecting the switch or control phases the wrong way around, it doesn't matter; you can fix this directly in the settings immediately.
