The Qubino Shades Remote Controller is an excellent tool if you want precise physical control over your motorized blinds, shutters, or awnings operating on the Z-Wave protocol. This controller can function completely autonomously as a Primary Controller in its own isolated Z-Wave network (no expensive hub required), or it can be standardly included into an existing central smart hub (such as FIBARO, Homey, Vera) as a secondary controller.

The device communicates directly with your Z-Wave blind motor modules via the Association feature. Once hardware-paired with a receiving module, there is no need for complex app programming – the control works instantly and with near-zero latency, regardless of the current state of your network controller.

Nine Channels for Every Window

The remote supports complex mechanical commands: the standard Up / Down movement, immediate Stop, and even the precise incremental tilting of slats for venetian blinds. Because the device offers 9 independent radio channels, you can assign up to 9 different window motors (or zones) to it and switch between them rapidly using the numerical dial and small display. You can even group all motors in a room onto a single specific channel (e.g., Channel 0) and draw all the blinds at once with a single button press.
