MCO Home OS12 - Z-Wave 800 Wall-Mounted Occupancy Sensor

The OS12 is a cutting-edge Z-Wave 800 occupancy sensor based on 24GHz millimeter wave (mmWave) radar technology. It can precisely detect and distinguish between macro movements, minor micro-movements, and even breathing or heartbeat signals.

The sensor is designed to be installed in a standard wall electrical box (ideally replacing a traditional wall switch). It is perfect for interacting with lighting, blinds, fans, HVAC, or serving as a security alarm for human monitoring. Highly suitable for homes, hotels, and offices, it is immune to false alarms caused by temperature, humidity, noise, airflow, or light changes (unlike standard PIR sensors). It can be added to any certified Z-Wave network.

Integrated Relay

The sensor includes 1 potential-free relay (up to 5A) that can be used to directly wire and control a lighting circuit. This ensures the light turns on instantly when presence is detected. The relay can also be logically separated from the sensor's detection mechanism (via Z-Wave parameters) and controlled exclusively by your smart home hub.
