Do you want to control your lights, smart blinds, or home security system without constantly reaching for your smartphone? The Nous LZ4 Smart Mini Button (operating on the Zigbee protocol) is the easiest and most compact physical remote-control solution for your automated home.

Measuring just 49 x 49 mm with a slim 13 mm profile, it is incredibly lightweight (only 18 grams). It is 100% battery-powered and completely wireless, meaning you can leave it loose on your nightstand, stick it to the wall near your front door, or carry it to the couch to use as a smart remote.

One Button, Endless Automations

The Nous LZ4 button is not hardwired to any single light switch. Instead, by connecting to the Tuya ecosystem (via your Zigbee hub), it acts as a universal trigger for your custom scenes and automations. It recognizes multiple pressing patterns, allowing one small button to control several different actions. In the Nous Smart Home or Tuya app, you can program it as follows:

• Single Press: Toggle your bedroom bedside lamp on and off.
• Double Press: Activate "Movie Mode" (instantly dims the main ceiling lights and turns on the RGB LED strips behind your TV).
• Long Press: Trigger the "Leaving Home" routine (turns off all smart plugs, shuts down the lights, and arms the motion sensors).

Zigbee 3.0 Technology

The button communicates using the ultra-low-power Zigbee 3.0 protocol. This ensures that your commands execute instantly with zero latency, it doesn’t clog up your home Wi-Fi router, and a single tiny 3V coin battery (CR2032) will power the device for months on end. It also boasts an excellent transmission range of up to 30 meters in an open space.

Important Note: Because this button operates on the Zigbee standard, a central Zigbee Gateway (such as the Nous E1 or Nous E7 hub) is strictly required to pair it with your mobile app. It cannot connect directly to your Wi-Fi network.
