Heatit DIN Rail Thermostat (16A)
The Heatit DIN Thermostat is a multifunctional electronic thermostat designed for precise control of electric heating in both residential and industrial buildings. The device mounts onto a standard 35mm DIN rail directly inside an electrical distribution board. Control is done manually via front-panel buttons – the thermostat interface is simple and highly intuitive.
*Note: This thermostat does NOT include any wireless communication protocol (no Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, or Zigbee) and cannot be integrated into Smart Home apps. It is a standalone ('dumb') mechanical/electronic thermostat.
For Underfloor Heating and Industrial Use
The thermostat is suitable for underfloor heating, gutter de-icing, driveway ramps, monitoring systems, as well as demanding industrial tasks. The device supports a wide temperature range from -30 °C to +85 °C.
Heatit DIN supports the following main operating modes:

- ❄️ Cool: Provides pleasant cooling during hot months.
- 🌿 Eco Mode: Effectively reduces energy consumption to save costs.
- 🏭 INDU: Industrial mode for extreme conditions.
- ❄️ PLUS: Snow and ice melting mode for outdoor areas, ramps, and stairs.
Hardware and ZeroX Technology
The device supports the connection of up to two external temperature (NTC) sensors. An integrated active power metering function shows your real-time energy consumption directly on the display (when used with an external contactor, you can manually enter a fixed load power value).
The thermostat is equipped with ZeroX™ technology. This ensures the built-in 16A relay switches exactly at the zero-crossing of the voltage sine wave (0V), significantly reducing component wear and limiting electrical arcing on the relay contacts.

- Maximum Load: 3600 W (16A resistive load at 230 V). For loads over 13 A, the manufacturer recommends using an external contactor.
- Power Regulator: Cyclic control from 0 to 30 minutes.
- Regulation Range: -30 °C to +85 °C.
- Hysteresis: 0.3 °C to 3.0 °C (default 0.5 °C).
- Power Consumption: approx. 0.5 W.
- Dimensions (WxHxD): 85 x 51 x 58 mm (takes up 3 DIN modules).
