Engineered Exclusively for 4-Pipe Systems

This particular thermostat model is technically engineered to govern fan coils in a 4-pipe configuration. This means the building's HVAC system utilizes separate supply and return pipes for chilled water (cooling) and a completely separate set of pipes for hot water (heating). The thermostat independently controls the thermostatic valves for both mediums and features intelligent relay logic to manage 3 distinct fan speeds inside the fan coil unit (Low, Medium, High).
