If a leak is detected, it can instantly command a smart motorized valve to shut off the main water supply, or turn on a smart plug connected to a sump pump to clear water from a flooded basement.

You don't need to purchase separate probes; the sensor comes equipped with a highly sensitive contact tip attached to a 1.5-meter long wire.
