It detects both water leaks and water shortages, instantly emitting an acoustic (80 dB) and visual alarm while simultaneously sending a notification to the NOUS Smart Home app (via a ZigBee gateway). Thanks to battery power (2 × AAA), no wiring is required, and installation takes only a few minutes. The device features an IP66 protection rating, making it suitable for damp areas such as bathrooms, laundry rooms, basements, aquariums, or under kitchen cabinets. The sensor easily integrates into your existing smart home system – it is compatible with the NOUS E1 Hub, Tuya Smart Life, Zigbee2MQTT, Home Assistant, as well as voice control via Alexa or Google Home. This allows you to maintain full control over your home and stay informed in time about potential leaks.
