Control blinds with a single touch

With LIVOLO touch switches, controlling your blinds becomes a whole new experience. A simple touch on the glass surface is all it takes to raise or lower the blinds. No more clicking or flipping physical switches... It’s that easy! The touch interface is highly sensitive and even works through thin clothing like shirts or sweaters.

No special installation requirements

Installing a LIVOLO touch switch is no problem at all. Simply remove your old switch and replace it with the new LIVOLO touch switch. The wiring is identical to standard switch wiring. Replacing a single switch takes no more than 5 minutes.

Multiple switches in a row...

Thanks to the modular system, you can combine various switch mechanisms under a single continuous glass panel. For example, if you have 5 switches side by side, simply purchase a 5-gang frame (found in the "Frames" category) and choose the appropriate mechanisms. Your complete, seamless glass panel is ready.

Operating principle of blind switches:

• The latching blind switch is suitable for controlling blinds, awnings, or roller shutters.
• The total running time from the closed to the open state must not exceed approx. 55 seconds.
• The controller only allows one direction to be activated at a time (UP or DOWN); you cannot activate both simultaneously.
• Control follows the UP - STOP - DOWN - STOP sequence.
• Once activated, the output remains active for 55 seconds to fully open or close the blind.
• Tapping the button while the blind is moving stops the motor at the current shading position.

PLEASE NOTE:

• This type of switch works on a "press and release" principle, meaning you don't need to hold the button to fully open/close the blind. The active output automatically turns off after 55 seconds. Therefore, it is not suitable for blinds/awnings that require more than 55 seconds to fully open.
• Blind control is possible from only one location; you cannot control the same blind from two different switches (no multi-way switching for blinds).
