The Aeotec Home Energy Meter Gen5 is a highly accurate Z-Wave electricity monitor designed for homes utilizing a 3-phase power supply. Installed inside your electrical distribution box, it sends real-time consumption data straight to your smart home app.

Non-Invasive 3-Clamp Measurement

A massive advantage of this meter is its entirely non-invasive installation. The package includes three intelligent measuring clamps. Simply snap them around the main phase cables coming into your home—there is absolutely no need to cut live wires. Each clamp measures electrical currents up to 60 Amps with phenomenal precision, boasting an accuracy variance of less than 1%.

Real-Time Reports and Weather Resistance

The device reports to your Z-Wave hub (such as Fibaro or Homey) in real-time, displaying current wattage (W) and accumulated kilowatt-hours (kWh). Powered by Z-Wave Plus (Gen5), it guarantees an excellent communication range of up to 130 meters. The main module features an IP43 splash-proof rating, making it safe for electrical cabinet environments.
