SmartWise 4-Channel Relay – Zigbee and RF Module

This powerful module from SmartWise is the ultimate solution for tasks where standard smart relays fall short. It features 4 independent relay outputs supporting dry contacts (voltage-free NO/NC switching). This makes it absolutely perfect for smart control of garage doors, entrance gates, boilers, HVAC systems (heat recovery), or irrigation valves from brands like Gardena, Hunter, or RainBird.

Zigbee and RF Flexibility

The module communicates primarily via the Zigbee 3.0 protocol and boasts excellent compatibility with various smart home platforms, including eWeLink, Tuya, SmartLife, and natively with FIBARO Home Center 3 hubs. Furthermore, it incorporates an RF 433 MHz receiver, allowing you to trigger the relays using standard Sonoff or SmartWise keyfobs, as well as the local tactile buttons directly on the PCB.

3 Operating Modes

There is a dedicated button on the board that allows you to cycle through three different operational logic modes for the module:

• Standard Relay Mode: All 4 outputs function independently as standard ON/OFF switches. They maintain their state until changed. Ideal for lighting or prolonged irrigation runs.
• Momentary Mode (Inching): Upon receiving an ON command, the relay engages for a fraction of a second and automatically turns itself off. All 4 relays operate independently like this. Perfect for sending trigger pulses to gate motors.
• Interlock Mode: Only one of the 4 relays can be active at any given time. If you turn on channel 2, channel 1 automatically turns off. This is perfect for motor direction control or HVAC ventilation speed, where two conflicting signals must not be sent simultaneously.
