Using the 5-terminal digital adapter, you can connect simple switches and sensors directly to the Shelly Pill module. Wire a reed switch for door open detection, connect a button to trigger scenes or webhooks, or use a float switch to keep track of when a tank is full or empty. Once connected, The Pill sends every state change to the Shelly Smart Control app, where you can automate lights, pumps, notifications, or any other necessary actions. It is a fast way to turn ordinary contacts into smart triggers.

With this device, you can use the Shelly Pill to control simple low-voltage outputs. Connect LEDs for status signals, buzzers for notifications, or small relays to trigger other devices.
