Control Your Air Conditioner via Smart Home (Z-Wave)

The Remotec ZXT-800 is a powerful bridge that translates commands from your Z-Wave network into infrared (IR) signals to seamlessly control your standard air conditioning unit. A huge advantage of this device is its comprehensive cloud-based AC code library, ensuring you will almost certainly find the default codes for your specific brand and model. If your AC is not on the list, the device features a learning function (copying IR commands directly from your traditional remote).

Bluetooth Setup and App

Compared to previous generations of Remotec devices, this model features built-in Bluetooth (BLE 4.2). This allows you to connect to it via your smartphone before physically pairing it to your Z-Wave Smart Home system (like FIBARO or Homey). Using the handy Conexum ZXT-800 app, you can easily configure, test, and assign the correct IR codes.
