Pairing this sensor with an Aqara Hub (via Zigbee 3.0) unlocks its true smart potential. If an alarm triggers, you will receive an instant push notification to your smartphone, even if you are on the other side of the world. It is natively supported in Apple HomeKit and the Aqara Home app. You can program life-saving emergency scenes—such as having all the smart lights in the house automatically turn on at 100% brightness and opening all motorized blinds to facilitate a rapid night-time evacuation. Test & Silence Button (Status LED)

The device communicates its health via a built-in LED indicator. Normal operation is confirmed by a green flash every 56 seconds. Should the 10-year battery eventually run low, the sensor will chirp and flash a yellow light. The large center button serves as a convenient silencing tool for false alarms (like burnt toast) and acts as a manual self-test button to ensure the siren is always functional.
