Tips for proper selection and installation

Cabling is key: Even though wireless models exist, for maximum stability we recommend connecting via an Ethernet cable with PoE (Power over Ethernet) support. This provides both power and stable data transmission through a single cable.

Camera placement: Install the video doorbell at a height of approximately 145 to 160 cm from the ground so the camera captures the visitor's face regardless of their height. Watch out for direct sunlight that could blind the camera lens.
