If you are setting up your Smart Home system yourself but encounter a problem you cannot solve, you can request the assistance of our technician. This service covers system settings, IP addresses, access rights, password change assistance, user account creation, and troubleshooting at the control unit level. As part of this service, we also provide telephone support for troubleshooting when the control unit is not connected to the internet (e.g., incorrect IP address settings).
If the control unit does not have internet access, it is necessary to provide our technician with access to your PC using the TeamViewer application.
The minimum order is 0.5 hours of work (1 unit).
