Powerful Internals and a Built-In Relay

The Shelly X2i wall display is armed with modern Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 technology, guaranteeing fast and extremely reliable wireless communication with your home router and the cloud. The central unit cleverly houses a replaceable power base directly inside its chassis, featuring one output with an integrated 5 A relay. This means the display also functions as a physical light switch, allowing direct hardwired control of the lighting circuit it is connected to in place of an old mechanical switch.

Powering the panel itself can be achieved either directly from a classic 100–240 V~ AC mains supply, or in a modern fashion via a USB-C cable. This significantly simplifies and speeds up installation in new builds and renovations where only low-voltage data cables might be present in the wall.
