    Product detailed description

    Nous E7 is a ZigBee 3.0 gateway for the TUYA system with LAN network connectivity. Its advantages are directly described in this sentence. It allows adding ZigBee 3.0 devices to the TUYA app, and thanks to the LAN connector, it does not require a Wi-Fi network connection, making the communication between you and the endpoint device faster and more stable.

     

    With this ZigBee gateway, you can add not only NOUS products but also other ZigBee products supported by the TUYA platform to the TUYA app.

     

    With the unique app (Tuya/Smart Life/Nous), installation is suitable for anyone in just 3 simple steps.

    The range of ZigBee is up to 160 meters.

    The Nous E7 is powered via a USB-C connector, and everything needed for its use is included in the package.

     

    To use this gateway, you need a smartphone with the Tuya/SmartLife, Nous, or similar apps. After adding the gateway to the app, the app's functionality expands to support ZigBee devices.

    Note - The device's packaging states that it supports Wi-Fi connectivity. This is a manufacturing error; Wi-Fi is not supported!

    Mám problém so signálom s inými zariadeniami ak sú v inej miestnosti (cca dve-tri priečky). Pri bráne sa spárujú v poriadku, fungujú. Rozmiestnim ich po izbách a po chvíli píše (žiadne dáta).

    Dobrý deň, Zigbee protokol funguje na topológií MESH, to znamená, že signál sa ďalej šíri aj pomocou iných zariadení, ktoré sú napájané zo siete. To, čo popisujete sa väčšinou deje, keď sú v sieti iba batériové zariadenia a každé zariadenie sa spolieha na priamu komunikáciu s riadiacou jednotkou. Riešenie je buď posilniť MESH sieť pridaním napájaných prvkov alebo pridať bránu tam, kde už nemáte signál. Ja určite radšej odporúčam použitie tých aktívnych prvkov, nakoľko tie môžete použiť aj na funkcie automatizácie.
